Dublin, Irelands capital city is among Europe's most youthful places with around half of its population reported to be in their twenties or younger.

The city has a great personality just like it's citizens, which some say is as a result of its weather which has caused the people converting to humour and laughs to keep themselves having a great time even on damp and rainy evenings.

Join the St Patricks Day celebrations in case your around in March when everyone dresses up and there is heaps of drinks, parties along with parades all through the streets.

The Celtic and Gaelic heritage has deeply infused the culture and there is something unmistakably inspiring about the live folk music in Dublin that is popularly played on the streets and at venues throughout the city.

Away from the city there are also several fantastic treks across the untamed and lush countryside.

Dublin is filled with history and there are lots of fantastic landmarks and typical monuments to visit. Just like most other parts of Ireland, the place possesses a particular air of mysticism and legend around it, creating images of leprechauns and banshees in your head. Dont forget to visit the beautiful premises of Trinity College and have a look at the Book of Kells in the library which was created by monks more than 1200 years ago.
