Juicing not only provides a person numerous amounts of health benefits, they also have the opportunity to create various delicious juice recipes by simply experimenting and mixing and matching different kinds of vegetables and fruits. Regularly experimenting on what juice to make will help you to enjoy juicing more and sooner you will be more inclined to enjoy drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices rather than drink canned juices and soda which gives you minimum to no health benefits.

The tool used for juicing is known as the juicer but it is important that we discuss first what's the difference between a juicer and a blender especially that there are people that mistakes a blender for a juicer. Unlike the blender, juicers are used in order to get the liquid part of a vegetable or fruit by squeezing it and separating it from its solid part like skin, pulp, stem, rind and other fibrous parts. When you use a juicer, the product that you will expect to get is a thin liquid which is the juice of either the vegetable of fruit. While the blender is used by placing the edible parts of either vegetables or fruits in order to produce a substance that usually has a consistency similar to slurry. The thickness of the blender's product is dependent on the amount of fruit or vegetable you mix in as well as the water content you decide to mix.

Before you decide on what kinds of fruits and vegetables to include in your juice recipe, you should first know what health benefit you are targeting to get from the juice that you are making in order for you to decide properly on what ingredients you will include in your own juice recipe. You should be aware that different kinds of fruits and vegetables can offer different kinds of health benefits. Aside from that, different fruits and vegetables also has varying water contents that is there may be fruits and vegetables that produce lots of juice while there are some that can only produce a little. -Most people know that fruits and vegetables are usually healthy but one should know that certain types of vegetables and fruits can provide more health benefits than the others. Each vegetables and fruits also have specific health benefits to offer and you should know what health benefits you would want in order for you to know what fruits and vegetables to include in your recipe.

- Fruits and vegetables have different various colors and this can be indicative of the nutrients that they possess. Mixing fruits and vegetables that are of varying colors is advisable to ensure that a variety of nutrients is also included in your juice recipe.

-If you want to make your juice faster and easier, you can either chop or slice the fruits and vegetables that you will mix to make your juice recipe.

-To prevent damage of your juicer, large pits and seeds should be removed.
